Homelessness is a humanitarian crisis that touches every part of our city. For some of us—like myself—it’s a daily reality.

My name is Joe Molloy. I lost my housing in the summer of 2024, now I’m running for Mayor to confront this crisis head-on. The systems meant to help us are failing, but we have the power to fix them. Together, we can end homelessness in Seattle and ensure that no one is left behind in their hardest moments.

This is the future I believe in. Let’s build it—together.

It’s time we address it in a real way - as the emergency that it is.

Our Plan To Address this Crisis

Homelessness is a State of Emergency.

Let’s Solve It—Together.

Addressing Shelter & Housing

A shelter program designed to meet short term and emergency needs and eventually transitioning into other forms of necessary housing.

Support for the Social Housing Developer and innovative development that retains Seattle’s natural resources.

Crisis Response & Public Safety

A dedicated Nonviolent Emergency Response Network — aimed at serving people experiencing a crisis that puts their stability at risk

The service will launch with caseworkers, encampment outreach supplying services, street medic teams, and support for those experiencing trafficking and fleeing domestic violence.

UBI Program Intended to Grow & Sustain Itself

Our Pilot begins by supporting some of our most underserved and vulnerable communities — but it doesn’t end there.

Designed with an Entrepreneurial twist, the program will support creative For Purpose businesses that aim to enhance the quality of life for all Seattleites and grow the number of recipients.
